Hello, I’m Pam Figueroa. I proudly earned my real estate license in July 2024, and this first year has been such a rewarding journey. As an empath, I’ve discovered how much I enjoy guiding buyers and sellers through the real estate process—listening closely, understanding their needs, and helping them make confident decisions in today’s market.
Alongside serving my clients, I’m also an educator and recruiter with First Team. I serve as the School Licensing Administrator for Southern California, based in our Irvine office, while working as an agent in Newport Beach with Terry LeClaire. My business partner, Jim Forde, has been teaching for more than 30 years, and as he prepares for retirement, I’m honored to continue his legacy of mentoring and coaching future agents.
I’m bilingual in English and Spanish, which allows me to connect with and serve an even wider community of buyers and sellers. When I’m not showing homes, you’ll often find me running along the beach or volunteering through the Chamber of Commerce and other non-profit organizations. I’m passionate about making a difference—both in real estate and in the community I love.
